NatWest closing West Ealing branch

The Royal Bank of Scotland group has announced it is closing 259 of its branches. The closures involve 62 Royal Bank of Scotland and 197 NatWest branches. list - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-42192760 also Acton and Brentford

No parking anywhere though, how sad but unfortunately true.As for branches closing, the rubbish sprouted from the powers that be is that we - the general public, prefer to bank online.I can categorically tell them I for one & my 86 year old mum hate & wont use online banking.Same as £land I visited Friday for some cheap & cheerful stuff. Queues out the door & not 1 till open apart from self service with a bloke running to & fro like a headless chicken.I complained & he pretended not to hear & ten ignored me until I pressed call for assistance to jam machine.Wont go there again until cashiers man tills. Wont go anywhere unless served by a human

I've not been in my bank branch for over a year. Banks aren't charities and can't keep branches open if people aren't using them.

People do use them & want to. Co op was THE worst ever bank. 4 tills & only 2 ever open. Some woman standing at a pulpit type stand asking to help. yet couldnt take cash, couldnt do this or that. Open tills, serve customers not some automated system where we are dictated to by drop down menus which dont apply..Nationwide are opening branches, have a deposit machine
