Boris Johnson speaks, Is Boris sacrificing London to save the rest of the country?

I find myself wondering whether Boris is sacrificing London to save the rest of the country as he sends the working population back to work in twelve hours time with no affordable PPE (or indeed any PPE) available for the commuting public in London?

It is not Johnson or any other politician who is spreading this virus. It is those who refuse to distance. No Government, Tory, Labour or Coalition can defeat a large number of people who go out of their way to not stop it spreading.Politicians are not spreading it and keeping it going, only the selfish of our population are doing that. Blame them.Today's victims caught it 2-3 weeks ago, we all knew then how to stop it spreading. When the death rate goes through the roof in 3 weeks time will this weekend's  specimens of our species feel any guilt?If we'd done as asked, there would be no Lockdown today.

What are the police doing? They were there to enforce the lockdown. They enforced the lockdown in France. Not their fault of course, they were cut, and indeed still are cut. An extra 100000 police would probably have seen a different outcome.

Boris did not mean he was sending people back to work today. It is Wednesday but it was not clear. A nurse texted GMB and said the buses were filling up probably as a result of this. Also he did not make clear it was England he was addressing as Scotland, Wales, and Ireland have different rules.

Without face masks and coverings it is criminal to ask people to use Public Transport. The government give advice but in Portugal, France, etc it is mandatory with big fines..I know the Mayor has to defer to the government but really in this situation this should be implemented now. We are looking to a spike in cases

Re Boris, well this morning on GMB it all came over terribly. For example you can have a cleaner in your house but not a family member to visit. However if that family member was a cleaner then you can. But remember CONTROL THAT VIRUS!
