Walking and cycling to school safely

Yes from another cycling knob, who has no clue about driving.Correct that is the exact point as I had to guide one back.It has NOTHING to do with that tower block abortion, Drivers leave there & there is no alternative route.They can only get round by Drayton Park, except for school zone.So simple facts which s lot of you Lycra luvvies just don’t get , or even worse don’t understand

Where exactly are these HGV's doing their 3-point turns? Around the Manor Road & Drayton Road junction I am assuming? Did you ask ANY of the HGV drivers why they are doing a 3-pt turn? My bet is that they would have told you it is because they have a Banksman there to assist them to get back on the Argyle Road SAFELY and quickly! It also may be to do with an instruction for drivers to do so in the Method Statement.Heard the term 'disinformation' on here before?

Drayton Green this morning (Monday 20/07/26) Ealing Council have endangered pedestrians & other road users courtesy of their school zone..There are HGVs (artics)doing 3point turns as it’s unclear if school zone in operation.In the constant fleecing of motorists for £££, safety takes a back seat. Absolute disgrace

Thanks for posting that Ben. Gives us normal folk a chance to have a say for a change. I’m looking forward to my £200, and the opportunity to take part in some focus groups.I’ll share it with everyone I know. Sadly for you it might mean you don’t get the survey results you hope for.
