We had similiar dreadful experiences with Top Flight about 10 years ago and I could only find others with similar experiences.Unfortunately writing and calling the MD (& major shareholder) got absolutely nowhere for several months - our project manager was his Contracts Manager (responsible for ALL constructions).Eventually, we had a new project manager, new teams (we had 5 in all), the loft was substantially rebuilt - new floor, walls, roof etc.We went through the small claims court but lost because we had insisted to get most of the problems fixed. If we had accepted the "completed" (dreadful) job earlier, we would have won the case so the judge said!All the MD could say is "we lost several thousand pounds on this job".Oh and Watchdog were not interested at all - probably not sensational enough, not enough consumers affected.
