Circuit training.

Hi,Does anyone know where to go to do some circuit training in Ealing Broadway or around?? I know there is a possibility in Southall, but that´s way to far from me. I miss some exercise and meeting the locals, as I´m fairly new in the area.Cheers

Hi, thanks for your reply. I think that's more gym sessions than anything else. I have seen something in Acton, some kind of drop-in sessions that seem to be all right. But I live so far from there!

Judge Heath Lane Hayes Stadium has a circuit as part of the Hayes Manor Leisure Centre.

Montse - you could ask at Ealing Squash & Fitness Club. I don't use the aircraft hanger sized gym, but I've seen Circuit Training on notices there. It is down an alley by Haven Green, quite near Ealing Broadway station.http://www.ealingsfc.co.uk/contact/index.php

Thanks for your replies! The type of circuit training that I'm (still) looking for is the kind where one does various types of exercises and then play, say, a basketball match or something. It's not gym stuff. With a new job and crippling colds, it has been kinda hard to find anything yet!
