Dan O'Neil

We have been concerned, like others, for Dan O'Neil who has not been on this site for ages. He was a regular contributor and we enjoyed his news from Nantucket; he even managed to make a couple of the get togethers.We contacted him just before Christmas and he has replied with the sad news that his father has cancer and is now in Meadow House. He has been making regular trips from the USA.He does say hello and sends his best wishes to all the Ealing Today posters and intends to be renewing friendships in the not too distant future.We, in turn, have sent good wishes to him on your behalf.

Yes, greetings to you Dan O'Neil, if you're listening. If you're in sunny Ealing this month, do come to the EalingToday posters' get-together on Tuesday 15th Jan at 8pm onwards at the King's Arms, The grove W5. The whole gang'll be there and all those posters who haven't yet been to one of these great meet-ups - all posters welcome. More news later.  ;-)And thanks Peter and Linda for contacting Dan again.

Thanks for this update Peter. I'd been wondering how Dan is getting on. Very sad news about his father. It will be good to see him posting again.I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
