Give and Take Day - Last Saturday of every month at Acton Market

Do you have unwanted stuff lying around your house? Useful to someone else but not you? Why not give it away? Starting on Saturday January 26th, the last Saturday of every month is Give and Take Day at Acton Market.  You don't have to give something to take away.  We're looking for household and garden items in good condition that can be reused such as books, toys, bikes, tools, furniture, kitchenware and bric-a-brac.  Sorry, no electrical items, clothes or knives.This FREE event is organised by Action Acton in partnership with Ealing Council recycling team, as part of the Acton Town Centre Market Regeneration Project - to help avoid unwanted items ending up in a landfill site.Where: Acton Market, The Mount/King Street, Acton W3When: last Saturday of every month from 26th JanuaryTime: 12:30 - 3:30pm (please bring all items before 2pm)Please note that the organisers cannot offer help with transport or lifting heavy items.The organisers reserve the right to refuse any items given on the day and to limit the number of items taken by one person.  We do not accept responsibility for the safety or working order of items.
