I live down south so use someone different, but my two best freinds live north and use the guy in Ellers Road, actually it might be elers road drive in from the Northfield Ave end and they are just in there on the top (north side) and I have no idea who they are but they do not piss girls off

It's Auto Workshops , Elers Road, off Northfields Avenue..I've used them for 10 years..they charge £50 per hour..some garages charge double and treble that!Their website: http://www.autoworkshop.com/index.php

Jo and Mandy, the car servicing garage Jo refers to is called Auto Workshop Ltd, 103 Elers Road, W13 9QE  Tel: 8567 1907. Well established local company - my family have used them for years and they're reliable, efficient and honest. Highly recommended. Good luck and drive safely.

Gerry,I'm glad to hear that you use them too!

I've used them too and always felt comfortable about them.

And they're a pleasant lot at Auto Workshop too - nice people to do business with!  ;-)

After my recent dealings with dealerships with tick box mentality and questionable customer relations skills - in particular with regard to Jo's comments - I couldn't agree more. They treat their customers as customers.

Thanks so much everyone, sounds just what I was looking for.
