Heathrow  meeting reminder!

The third runway will route airbuses over Southall, Greenford and Northolt and residents can learn more at Ealing Council`s meetings on Wednesday 6th February 7pm at Greenford Hall, Ruislip Road, Greenford.                                 andThursday 7th February 7.30pm at Featherstone Primary School, Western Road,Southall.The Ealing Council website www.ealing.gov.uk explains the issues in plain language and is well worth a non-technical read!

There was a consensus against further expansion at Greenford this evening. Speakers were Council Leader Jason Stacey, Cllr Potts (Con), Cllr Elliot (Lab), Nic Ferriday (FoE), John Stewart (HACAN) and a lady from Sipson where 700 homes will be demolished. Liberal councillors and Greens are also against.Its also rumoured that Virendra Sharma MP for Ealing Southall will make a firm statement at Featherstone Primary School at 7.30pm Thursday evening 7th February.
