If the thread topic just looks like a row of squares, then (in Internet Explorer) do View / Encoding / More / Chinese Simplified, and agree to Install. I still don't understand it, but it now looks prettier!Happy New Year!

At work on an up to date IE it was Chinese but at home on ancient Mac with IE 5 it is a row of ????? only.

No it is a row of rectangles on IE at work. Only Safari on my Macbook showed it properly.
It is the year of the Rat.
