Wrongly phased traffic lights

Who does one phone about them? For a week now the lights on Ealing Road at the Macdonald's junction are only letting six vehicles per lane through off the Gyratory so traffic is backing up onto it.

Graham, I find  http://www.fixmystreet.com/  is an excellent way of reporting problems.

I am following your advice.

I really like the fix my street site too and have used it on many occasions. (I can't always remember all the street names so a map is brilliant for positioning broken manholes etc.)I recently noticed that the Council had started something similar on their website. I haven't had to or tried to use it yet though - and of course am completely unable to find it today! Funny, I thought it was accessible from the Home page.  However I did find this page which I have never seen before:http://www.ealing.gov.uk/services/environment/transport_and_streets/roads_and_pathway_maintenance/highways/highway_maintenance/It is good.  It answers my questions about red routes.  The answer to your question is in the last paragraph.

Thanks. I phoned TFL who promised action today.

Belt and braces might be a good idea if nothing happens though! If you use fix my street they will email you some time later to ask you if the problem has been sorted out which is rather a good idea.
