Does anyone know of a good French Polisher?
My poor dining table is in need of some TLC. My father had it, so called, 'French Polished' more than 30years ago, it now has some heat marks on it and is starting to look the worse for wear. I'm not sure that it was actually French Polished, as it seems to have lifted in places, surely polishing wouldn't allow this???? I of course am only guessing. Does anyone know of a reputable French Polisher, who could give me an estimate and possibly restore it to its former glory, depending on the estimate.Then, at last, I could throw away my awful table cloths!
