Good and bad news re T5.

The good news about the unfortunate Terminal 5 is that the hapless Operations and Customer Service Directors have been given the Alan Sugar push.  Serves them right I guess for such poor performances and for being such plonkers.The bad news is that the two underperforming directors have been consulting their respective lawyers - no doubt experts in industrial relations - and will probably depart from BA with seven figure sums as their departing compensation!What a way to run a business.  :-(
