Has anybody been to Starvin' Marvins recently? What is like? Went there years ago when it was new but have never been back. Thought I might wander down there this evening.

Would you please remind us where Starvin'Marvin's is located Peter? I presume it's an eatery. Thanks.

On the A40 slip road just passed the Mylett Arms (at least I assume the pub is still called that) Perivale west bound. It's like an American diner.

It is an American Diner. Imported from the States intact.Next to the BP station so you can fill up when you fill up.

We didn't go last night - stayed by the fireside instead of going out in all that rain.If you want an American style breakfast instead of the usual fry up have a look at their web site.http://www.starvinmarvins.co.uk/

Been there a couple of times in the past two years and although the restaurant decor is great and the staff pleasant, the food is pretty dire. Not keen on burgers and chips and theirs was not top quality. Fun venue but don't rely on the nosh !

The American Diner is their version of the greasy spoon. A basic workman's cafe. Cheap and filling.
