Check it out first Chris, at the sort of times that noise etc may occure. In my part of London property that backs on to Parks can be more prone to break-ins, simply because the back areas are not overlooked. Worth thinking about, but a shame really, as a Westward facing view with the setting Sun is worth much. Oh yes, and it is alleged that this Government is thinking of raising your Coucil Tax if you have such a view, perhaps not, but cynical old me knows that any excuse to raise revenue is always on Policians minds of both political colours.
