Gary Marsland was at Acton Market at the end of March promoting composting (or at least he was billed to be on the Acton website). There are subsidised compost bins available to Ealing residents and subsidised water butts available to Thames Water customers. Looks like there may be kiosks at B&Q and Wyevale (Syon Park?) and Tesco and compost deals this weekend.Hounslow residents can buy reduced price compost from their recycling centre.

Barnet doesn't seem to have entered the 'Pong Contest' either, but I do know that The Council provides such facilities, as I am looking at my Council provided container as I type.
