I've always found him very good with leaks, and reasonably priced. A useful tip that Dean gave me once when we had a leaking flat roof: If the water is dripping through the ceiling, make sure there's a good hole it can flow through (into a bucket), otherwise there's a danger that water will collect above the ceiling, and cause a ceiling collapse.
