Primark in Ealing.

Anybody been to the new Primark in Ealing Broadway Shopping centre yet?  Whadya think of it?

Went this afternoon (Saturday 07).Busy, long queue 50+ , served in 8 minutes!Don't knock it. Excellent value, excellent variety, had my size, which is medium, short leg (the best things come in small parcels!).No wonder they are about to overtake M&S in clothes sales in the UK.

True...but let's not fool ourselves as to how they can sell things so cheaply.One man's pleasure is often another's misery.

Perhaps that's why oil is going up in price.Maybe the higher cost is being passed on to those who produce it...

Channel 4 was scheduled to show 'The Devil Wears Primark' last week but the lawyers pulled it at the last minute.

Apparantly, both Primark and Monsoon are selling the same dress (a black and white cotton sundress) Primark are selling it for £12, Monsoon for £35. However, sources say that both retailers bought the aricle for about £5.
