Chinese Medicine place in West Ealing
Be wary my fellow posters. The people who run this company (Herbmedic) seem to think the Sale of Goods act doesn't apply to them. I have been trying to exact a refund from them since May. They don't reply to letters or e-mails and appear to have no Customer Service dept that you can telephone. So it's off to the Small Claims Court - how tedious. Just thought I'd place a tip :o)
