Missing German Shepherd - Dita
I have copied this from the front page'Latest Sighting of missing Dita in West Acton An all black female German Shepherd dog named Dita went missing on Friday (17th July) evening when a neighbour's child took her for a walk in Chiswick House grounds. In the next few days she has been sited in from Barnes to Osterley and appears to have succeeded in crossing the Thames twice but none of the people who have seen her have managed to catch her .She was spotted going over Kew Bridge on 23rd July and has since been seen near Osterley Weir. The latest sighting was when she was spotted going along Queens Drive towards West Acton tube this morning (28th July).Dita is about the size of a border collie with a small tear in one ear, and a bump over one eye (she has apparently been in the wars a bit) but otherwise looks exactly like in the photo. Her owner Fiona Evans said, "She is very shy of strange people and would more likely run away from people than approach them. She is not at all aggressive and very sweet natured." If you see Dita contact Battersea Dogs Home Lost Dogs line using the eform to the right or call Fiona on 07768 540849.
