Nathaniel,I have tried responding to your thread a couple of times without success, both on this forum and TW8 - the post seems to disappear without trace for some reason. You could try West 4 Harriers (www.west4harriers.org) in Chiswick or Ealing Southall and Middlesex (www.esm.org.uk) who meet at Perivale athletics track.Good luck!James

Thanks James.I had a bit of trouble even registering this morning so sounds like there may have been a fault on the system. Thanks for the advise on the clubs and runs mate, I actually went out and about on a brief run this afternoon and bumped into some others down by Barnes bridge. It's a really nice route so I may try it again at the weekend. Thanks for all your help Nathaniel

There are some good off-road runs around the river Brent & the canal. See map:http://www.walklondon.org.uk/uploads/File/sections/CR8_Map.pdf

If you fancy doing a local (Chiswick) fundraising run, have a look at:http://www.yellowumbrelladay.com/It is 10 km run with an interesting route along the river, raising funds for local charities.
