Two more wins Chris and before Christmas they will be half way to staying up. Appart from that one glitch against Wigan, Hull have done well. Phil Brown has turned out to be an excellent Manager.His time at Bolton with Sam Allardyc I guess has taught him much.Obviously a motivator supreme.Nothing like giving the Big Boys a b****y nose.I wonder what odds a Bookie would have given for Hull to be in this position in October.

Not to mention most of the city's own people and the club supporters  -  if this goes on might even change native character and outlook for the better.It's going to be a long season  -  better put bitter aloes on my fingernails as a deterrent.

Prescott's no real KH man, thank goodness  -  prodigal certainly, son no way  -  he's North Welsh born, mostly Cheshire-bred, and was just parachuted into the safe Labour seat of KH East. Didn't even get our outrageous ommission from the East Coast railway electrification remedied when he had the power to do so, let alone do anything else worthwhile for the city and the wider North.Actually both the previous Hull City Ground and the current one are in west Hull, firmly in the seat of the ultimate Cockney carpetbagger Alan Johnson. Not heard anything from him either (on this subject) and would much prefer to continue not to.As for the other KH (North) MP, another Labour machine carpetbagger (via an all-wimmin shortlist) with no previous connection whatever with the city or the region, I'll keep my gob shut.

Very probably. And the Chairman has just said publicly he's no intemtion of disrupting the current successful player team by going on a buying spree when the next trsnsfer 'open season' starts next Jan, nor throwing money around on unnecessary stadium frills.I admire his style and just wish the whole game was like that and not the current lunatic plutocratic monster business.
