Saturday's Lottery Draw

Noting that all six winning numbers were twenty something I just wondered whether anyone picked 6 numbers in the twenties but just ended up with only 2 matches and no prize?

My guess is that the 'Old Grannies' of this World had a field day, as Grandchildren Birth Dates fit the bill except No33, which might explain why unusually there were less winners of the 'Bonus Ball' prize. There were 239000 'Lucky Dip'winners.Wonder if any lucky dipper won a top prize??

I was astonished, seeing the clustering of numbers, that the jackpot was won.

7 winners I recall - all birthday numbers

Eleven winners actually Philip.Seven winners refers to five plus the bonus ball. Your right about Birthdays though, that why there were so many winners Susan. Its 'Old Granny' and the Grandchildren's Birthday Dates popping up!In the days of Football Pool popularity it was the same phenomina. So if you plonked most of you selections in the Scottish Leagues (35/45)and you won you had more chance of getting the Big Big Biggy!
