Loft Insulation
I'm feeling cold again and I'm still short on readies. So I'm casting around, trying to find a cheap way to insulate my loft.I was encouraged to apply for a grant through WarmFront on the internet. It seemed like I matched all the criteria. Then the assessor called me and asked about a hundred questions and then finally asked, 'Do you earn under £15k a year as a household?'. What a waste of time.Ealing.Gov seems to only advertise grants for over 70s!And! the gov is recommending 270mm and nobody sells it that thick! Wickes are only doing 150mm. Do I have to put two lots down? That'll cost me more than £400!Anyone got any advice?Thanks
