Parking outside Ealing Broadway station

The private parking company who operate outside the station issued me with one of their penalty notices. I am going to ignore it since I believe it is a scam - the Trading Standards people have said not to pay until one receives a court order. Has anyone out there had one of these and refused to pay? Did you just ignore it, or write back?

The company that owns the station forecourt is insolvent according to Companies House - so I wouldn't lose any sleep over the penalty notice, as they may not be around for much longer.Why Ealing Council, Network Rail or TfL have not organised a Compulsory Purchase Order to acquire the site is quite beyond me.

The company that controls the car parking is 'Park Direct'. Is it they who are insolvent or the company that owns the land? Clearly the parking 'fines' earn decent money! By the way, who owns the forecourt?

i got ticket in bond street car park controled by park direct and ignored it nothing if everyone stands firm they wont bother

Had one reminder now nothing for a few months. My advice just ignore it.
