Re Wait until they cannot get their kids into a local school, because immigrant children have a monopoly of places, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx it's not a question of waiting Michael, it's happening already. I posted somewhere on this or the Acton Forum an e mail I had received from a friend up country, who said her grand daughter's school is already turning away indigenous children and taking in those of ethnic /foreign parents because the school gets extra funding if they do. Now try to fathom out the implications of that, doesn't seem to me that this Govt. are really trying to curb immigration, and are playing with the education and futures of our children and to favour aliens' is damned poor show, to say the least. And that is in an area not swamped with immigrants, so imagine what is happening in London's Boroughs where the majority of school kids do not have English as their first language. Beggars belief, but then of course, my attitude is old fashioned, racist, bigotted, out-moded and unacceptable to some on these Forums. I wonder why?. Are they left-overs from the 1960's left wing brigade, trying to bring down this country and what it stood for. Most of this Govt. fall into that category, so we are led to believe. Darling was even a Trotskyist, strange is it not that he can become Chancellor of the very country he once abhored and a policeman doing a good job is today sacked for being a member of a particular political party. Still, I suppose that is progress?.
