CPZ rules - does anyone know?

My daughter is moving to a CPZ area in Acton. We live in northfields and her car is registered here. She needs to get a parking permit for her new address.....will the council allow this? she won't have any bills or anything (at least initially) to prove she lives in Acton !  Thanks (I would ring the counciul but they never make any sense on the phone !! )

She can get a temporary dispensation from the council. Its only a few weeks but should hopefully allow time for maybe her log book to come back with the new address and possibly some bills etc. You have to go down to the council offices to apply though i think.
