photography exhibition - Walpole Park
Some friends sunning themselvse in the park yesterday evening alterted me to an excellent exhibition which opened last night. It's at the PM gallery in the Pitzhanger Manor building near the Ealing Green entrance to Walpole Park.The work is by Jonas Bendiksen who works for the world's most revered photographic agency, Magnum, founded by the likes of Robert Capa & Henri Cartier-Bresson.It covers his travels through various breakaway republics and unrecognised states within the boundaries of the former USSR, and the photographs are really quite excellent:http://www.ealing.gov.uk/services/leisure/museums_and_galleries/pm_gallery_and_house/exhibitions/Well worth a visit, I'll be going back for sure.
