Envision is looking for enthusiastic, committed, solution focused people to become "Envision Youth Educators" (EYEs) starting in September/October 09. This challenging and highly rewarding role involves supporting teams of young volunteers aged 16-19 to plan, set up and implement their own projects tackling social or environmental problems they identify in their schools and communities. You will be helping young people develop skills, gain confidence and explore their own potential to make a difference. You will need to commit to weekly meetings (normally at lunchtime) until May 2010.You will be placed in a school local to your home or place of work or study with another volunteer- a great opportunity to meet new people or volunteer with friends or work colleagues.
