Unsolicited goods

We have received a parcel addressed not to us but to our house only. Apart from a pot of ointment there was a note saying 'Thank you for your order'. Do I do nothing but wait and see if a bill comes too?

I had the same.I told them three times that I didn't want it and they'd made a mistake....They just said there was no need to rub it in!
