He of 'Dragons' Den' and 'Reggae Reggae' sauce fame will be signing copies of his new book 'Caribbean Food Made Easy' (also a current BBC2 series) at Waterstone's in the Ealing Broadway Centre on Saturday September 12th between 4 and 5pm.
