Praise for TFL
We had noticed the phasing of the lights by Tesco in Perivale had changed and it was very slow getting out od Bideford Avenue. Things came to a head on Wednesday at 8pm when it took us 20 minutes to get through. Thursday morning I complained on the TFL website following up later with a phone call. I was told an engineer was to be sent. Now the lights seem fine.
