House keeper cleaner needed

I am looking for a good cleaner/housekeeper. We need 2 properties cleaned weekly and would like someone who has initiative and performs certain jobs on a rota such as cleaning skirting and windows. In an ideal world we need an old fashion housekeeper if such people  exists anymore.The requirement is for 5 hours in total. Thank you for your help.
