Kwik Fit

They have their own bad service site on the internet and do they deserve it!  The adverts on television are nothing like the reality.  Anybody else had problems with them?Perhaps instead of complaining to Kwik Fit which gets you nowhere we need to go to the Advertising Standards Authority and complain about misleading advertising.

"Anybody else had problems with them?"Not me.  I've always been rather impressed by their customer service.  They evidently include it their staff training programmes, and it shows.What problems have you had, and with which branch?

I agree.  My car failed its MOT due to its exhaust. Went to Kwikfit in West Ealing. They mended the exhaust  ( a loose bracket)....no charge......passed its MOT. Thought they were great. You must have been unlucky.

For over three years I've used the Acton Vale Kwik Fit branch for full service and MOTs and never had a problem. They have also done (or say they've done) things for free occasionally, such as topping up brake fluid for an MOT. Their pricing is very reasonable, along with pretty good customer service.

Kuick fit West Ealing is a good service.Gray's of Hanwell.When i asked for a price on the telephone for an exaust i was given a price all in vat etc.When they put your car up to be fitted i was told a price £30 over.When i asked why it was because the 'trainee answered the call and therefore the quote was not valid.When i said leave it i will take the car somewhere else .Surprise surprise i can have it at the orginal price.Happy with the service eventually ........never went back .Kuick fit for exausts and the place opposite the church in Norwood Road Southall for tyres.
