Two weeks ago we had our weekly delivery from Sainsburys where the guy delivering dropped a bag which smashed a jar of pasta sauce and more importantly a jar of pickled onions in our hall. Have you ever tried to get rid of the smell of a smashed jar of pickled onions - not easy. I could still smell them a week later. The rest of the stuff that had been in that bag but had not broken, also smelled of pickled onions. On top of that when I checked the eggs later, 4 out of 6 were broken. The guy apologised but didn't really seem to care, and I did expect some sort of vouchers as an apology but didn't receive any....
