Honorary Doctorate for first African QC in England and Wales

Dr John Roberts Q.C.  Wonderful that Thames valley University bestowed that honour of Honorary Doctorate on Dr John Roberts Q.c.  He is an amazing Man, a well deserved award. Congratulations to Dr John Roberts Q.C. Descendants Patron.

I am astonished that he is stated as being the first African QC. Did  you mean that he an African QC in E&W who is the first to be awarded the doctorate award?
