Charity clothes collections

Why is it that the people who leave those binliner-type bags for us to fill with unwanted clothes etc., along with a note that they'll be back on Mon/Tues/Weds whenever, NEVER, EVER come back to collect??? why?????????????????????????????

Many of them are not real Charities from what I understand as they are actual companies.
