Let's hope Baroque are back on form. When they started out they did the most fabulous cocktails, but things went downhill fast.IMHO most bars do rubbish Mojitos. You really do need to put in a lot of effort to make a decent one. Most places I've been to don't use enough mint. Ye gods, some even use white sugar.
