Which Ealing Christmas tree?

I think we are going to buy a tree on Sunday and I'm relatively new to this tree buying malarkey. I have a small list of needs - 5/6 ft-ish, nice shape and doesn't drop pesky needles!My last (and only!) two came from Wyevale nr Syon Park, but it would be nice to buy more locally.Any suggestions on type and place to buy?I hear the place near the hotel just off the Common is good, but I'm not sure what to look for - all advice is gratefully received!thanks,Melissa

Hi - in the past we have always got our tree from Wyevale Osterly but last year got it from the Common - we were disapointed and will be going back to Wyevale Osterly tomorrow - I can't remember which make we usually get but quite dark leave and always ask for one that does not drop leave - last years one from the common dried out and the leaves dropped ......

The Cracked Pot florist in Northfields Avenue have a lovely sample Xmas tree outside with a sign saying they offer free delivery! Very handy!

Ian - thanks for the top tip! Sounds like I might go back to Wyevale unless I get suggestions of local+good places.
