Pitshanger Lane has a very good community organisation and they pay to light up the lane, so Mr. Graham, perhaps you will organise such lighting up of Perivale:) It was a happy event on Saturday.

I wasn't very impressed with light up the lane this year. Some of the stall holders were quite miserable.The candyfloss stall was the worst. A young child who couldn't count was taking orders, money and change and making a mess of it.One lady who tried to buy some candyfloss was told the wrong price by this child, and the woman making the candy floss was really really rude to her. So much for community spirit!I shan't be going again.

We all live in our own little worlds with our own perception of what's going on around us. i was there on saturday night, i enjoyed the community spirit, the drinks and food, met old pals and had a great time.
