Persia Palace

Ive driven through West Ealing a couple of times last week and noticed a new restaurant opposite Daniels called Persia Palace. And its been packed on both occasions. Must be good. Anyone been? What food do they do?

I noticed also that Regazzi has gone. replaced by Shalamar or something. so any good reviews would be welcome. Had been to the Persian restaurant that had been around for a long time which was good many years ago.

Bangkok Broadway used to be next door. I wonder what happened to the manager that worked there?

David,I had lunch in there a couple of months back.  Top notch and very inexpensive.  We are developing something of a little Persia in West Ealing.  I have had to complain about them leaving their bags on the pavement but the food is good.

In similar vein, the Noodle Bar in EB has been done AGAIN for a dirty kitchen. Fined £18k. Really surprised....they do such a good trade and the front shop is nice and clean and the food tastes good......makes you wonder why !

Noodle bar in EB is second offence I think, owner was told if it happens again, he will be banned from running food premises.Interesting that a resturant is chosen because the "front shop is nice and clean".  Does shiny mean decent food?Not been to Persian Palace yet, heard it doesn't have an alcohol license, does anyone know if its bring your own or strictly alcohol free?

No, I chose it actually on someone's recommendation but was surprised at how good the food tasted ! The front of the shop looks clean and tidy. Does make me wonder what the hell it was I was eating! Yes, it's a 2nd offence but I ate there before the 1st.

Food at the P Palace is very good (I'd hate to be a vergetarian there tho) You can take your own moonshine. Not tried the Shalimar opposite yet. I note the Ealing Kebab (also an Iranian eaterie ) had disappeared tho ....
