One day garden overhaul

I can't do much gardening anymore because of a back problem and the old boy will cut the grass and that's it. I need someone to come in and prepare the garden for summer. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've seen Kiwi Gardeners around.....are they good? Thanks

I run a garden design and build company based locally, and we do a lot of garden tidy ups at this time of year to make gardens look good for the warmer months.  I am in the Services Dept on both this site and Chiswick W4.
