Church bells muffled? Sirens tested?
I was looking at the centre spread of "around Ealing" April 2010 this evening.If you retrieve your copy from the bin, or wherever, and examine the map closely you will see that Elthorne Park has been moved from its current location to the west bank of the River Brent.Are we expecting an invasion with enemy parachutists falling from the sky? Or is it more sinister; the council has sold the park for housing and bought the sports fields depicted with the money?
