'Open Book' Cake Tin

Does anyone know where I can hire one of these?  There used to be a cake decorating and tin hire shop in Midhurst Road, but I can no longer find it in the phone book and the number I found for it on the internet is not correct.

There is also that cookware shop at the back end of Ealing Broadway Centre next to the book shop. Its near As Nature Intended.

There is also ProCook, The Cooks Kitchen, Legend Cookshops etc where you might be able to get what you need. They sell a lot of bakeware.
