Forget the 'X' Factor ?

Just think about it tomorrow when you go to vote!Perhaps we should forget about the 'X' Factor competition which is what this election seems to be - the most important 'X' is the one you put on the ballot paper!It is all about which PARTY will get us out of this mess - we don't want to end up like GREECE!

No it's not just about which party 'will get us out of this mess'  -  NONE of them will be able to do that.it's also about which INDIVIDUAL is most likely to do the job of MP properly, answer corespondence from constituents and deal with any problems and issues constituents have which need the support and services of their MP.And one candidate -  the Libdem Jon Ball  -  certainly has a demnstrable track record of NOT doing the equivalent job properly at local level as a Ward councillor. Voting for a party hack just on the basis of his/her party label is what WILL end us up like Greece.

It is about the people and for local elections especially. vote for someone you know and trust to be not a hack/lobby fodder.

It's every bit as important for the general (westmonster MP) election as for the local election. You never know when you might need to have recourse to your MP, and he/she/it is the sort (as all too many of them are) who just doesn't want to do the job properly of serving their lowly subjects/constituents, and/or considers it beneath their dignity even to reply to communications from constituents (as Jon Ball for one has repeatedly behaved as a local councillor) then you really don't want that sort of individual as an MP.
