More details?I am aware of bookcrossing.com which is a fab idea.then we have a new site streetbank which looks like it might develop that way.Plus there's a newish stall at Acton market which does second hand books incredibly cheaply...All good news for those with a serious habit.

What a good idea - I wonder if any of the Acton stations would be up for that...it is like bookcrossing really - that leaves piles in all sorts of places for people to take - but tracks them through an international website.

It's quite easy to set up - we got all the books and the shelf from Freecycle!More details about the Book Swap on the West Ealing Neigbours blog are here: http://www.westealingneighbours.org.uk/WEN-blog/?p=104 It's not part of Book Crossing at the moment, but people could very easily use it for that if they wanted to.
