Fund Raising Night

Hi Guys,I'm a Scout Leader in Ealing. I'm trying to host a Race Night.Has anyone ever done one?Just need some tips, advice, info etcI've bought Horse racing DVD the other day. Just need some help on the actual running of the night itselfThanks in advance

Northfield and Hanwell Rotary Club are experts at running race nights.  Im sure they have a website you could contact.

I wish you well for the event, keep us posted on here.There is a youth football club called Forest F C that meet in Preston Road that raise fabulous sums in this way. Will try and find a contact name for you.I have tried one of those DVD sets but only played it as a social event and not for fundraising.I seem to think somewhere there is a set limit on stakes involved otherwise it is considered proper gaming.Why not call for volunteer helpers on here if it is bodies you need on the night
