CPZ visitor parking vouchers beyond 2010

If you have visitor parking vouchers which only go up to 2010, you'll be pleased to know you can use them from 2011. In response to my enquiry, Parking Services have replied: "I can confirm that the vouchers we have provided are valid. Although the years do not go beyond 2010, all Civil Enforcement Officers have been advised that these vouchers are valid as long as no year is scratched out."

Linda,A big thank you for this. You did something and found out.I just wondered why there was a date on there at all. I just thought that it was there to make it as complicated as possible for us doddery punters hoping we'd make a mistake and get a fine. But I thought it was because if you kept a book of tickets for more than a year they don't "scratch".Linda we don't have to worry now because it looks as though I'll have to use my mobile phone. (It has been in a box two years now) See the news item. All these visitor tickets have been slung? and prices have rocketted into outer space.

Be warned that useing a mobile phone to pay for parking carries a premium rate call charge and an administration fee for using a card - like Ryanair.It is a very expensive way to pay for parking.

"Be warned that using a mobile phone to pay for parking carries a premium rate call charge and an administration fee for using a card"Where is that true?  On the phone parking systems that I have used, you phone a London 020 number.  Hounslow has a 20p admin fee, but there isn't one in Westminster.  Also, you can extend the time paid for, which isn't allowed if you pay by cash.
