An Evening with Lesley Garrett

Sorry if this is in the wrong area but it didn't seem to 'fit' in Classifieds.St. Thomas the Apostle church in Boston Road has launched an appeal to restore its wonderful Walker organ.A series of events are planned to help with fundraising and one of these is on 28th May 2011 at 7.30pmAn Evening with Lesley GarrettIt will be an evening of reminiscence and chat with Lesley Garrett.  The evening will include stories, anecdotes and a question and answer session with the audience, and Lesley will perform a few songs accompanied by piano.Tickets £20Box Office: 07850 889948For more details please see www.hanwellorgan.org.ukThanks for reading this.

The Dicussion Forum is about what's happening in Ealing, and if you had not let us know about Lesley Garretts appearance, I would have been in ignorance of the event and more to the point the Walker Organ. Good luck with the fundraising!
