Ealing Common: deliberate or guerilla gardening?
At the entrance created for the fun fairs and circuses on Ealing Common (Uxbridge Road side) are two long mounds of what I thought was waste earth, but now looks like a really attractive piece of wild garden. There are loads of poppies, shepherd's purses and chamomile growing there, plus another ground covering plant. Was this planted by the council or has an imaginative guerilla gardener been to visit? It's beautiful.
